Experience
- You’ve owned or (co)invested in SMEs or,
- You’re experienced in general/senior management (in at least 1-2 disciplines) or business consulting
- You’re familiar with franchise organisations
- You have a passion for an in-depth knowledge of SMEs, and know what it takes to succeed in business
- You enjoy leading, training and coaching teams (preferably consultants), as well as change management
- You treat your business relationships with care and attention, and build strong long-term links
Self-efficacy & tenacity
- You have a high level of trust in yourself to achieve set goals and complete certain tasks
- You’re ready for the green field challenge of launching a Master Franchise
- You’re willing to put in the hours and prioritise building the franchise in your country or region
- You’re ready to work hard but smart, following the thexton armstrong system
