The Dutch thexton armstrong team welcomes their 2 newest colleagues who recently completed their onboarding training: Eric Jansen and Herman Lindemann.
Eric Jansen is our new business mentor in the Alkmaar region. As an entrepreneur and managing director, Eric has been actively involved with all facets of the business, in the different phases of the business lifecycle. From business improvement to various growth phases and eventually selling the company. After spending the last 5 years as COO at a listed company, he wanted to return to the environment where his heart lies: SMEs.
Herman Lindemann is our business mentor in the Roosendaal and Zierikzee region. With over 30 years of experience in executive management and board level positions, in industry and consumer products, Herman now focuses on supporting SME entrepreneurs. He believes in the importance of open communication and cooperation, offering space and trust as a business advisor, but also confronting his clients with their own behaviour and contribution if necessary. Through honest conversations, Herman helps entrepreneurs identify their dreams & pain points and overcome growth barriers.
