thexton armstrong has announced the appointment of Christian von Volkmann as Master Franchise Partner for North and East Germany, based in Berlin, as part of its continued European expansion strategy.

Christian brings more than 25 years of senior leadership and advisory experience, including 17 years at CFO and Executive Board level within publicly listed life science and technology companies. Throughout his career, he has supported businesses through scale-up, restructuring, and international growth, and has led or supported approximately €500 million in fundraising.

He is the founder of VOVOi GmbH, a Berlin-based advisory practice, where he works closely with owner-managed and growth-oriented SMEs as a strategic sparring partner. His background includes senior roles at MagForce AG and Jerini AG (acquired by Shire Pharmaceuticals), as well as early professional experience at Ernst & Young. Christian has worked extensively across Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, and the United States, giving him a strong international perspective on business growth and governance.

The appointment marks a key milestone in thexton armstrong’s rollout across continental Europe, following network development in other strategic markets. As Master Franchise Partner, Christian will be responsible for building and leading a regional network of franchise partners, delivering structured, results-driven business mentoring to SME owners across North and East Germany.
